Shipping and returns
Packages are generally dispatched within 3 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped domestically via Canada Post with tracking. If you prefer an alternative courier at an additional cost, please contact us for information. We currently ship to anywhere within Canada. Free shipping for the entire order is available with the purchase of a women's tutu (this includes items from our Shop TUTU and Shop MINI ME collections).
We take special care in packaging your purchase for delivery, but we encourage you to purchase our Valet Carry Bag for added protection.
If you are not pleased with your purchase, we will happily accept returns within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit on unworn merchandise, excluding custom orders. The date of delivery is the "delivered" date as per the courier's tracking system. Items will be inspected upon return. We do not offer exchange or store credit on custom orders. We do not offer refunds on any order.
To process any return, you must have a Return Pre-approval. To request for a Return Pre-approval, please e-mail email@example.com with 1) your order number, and 2) your reason for return. After receiving an e-mail confirming your Return Pre-approval and return instructions, please proceed with sending your purchase back to us. You are responsible for all shipping charges, including shipping fees to return your purchase to us, and the shipping fees for the newly exchanged item to be delivered to you. Please note that "free shipping" only applies to new purchases from select collections, and does not apply to exchanges/returns. An exchange or store credit of the total purchase price less $10 shipping fee will be processed after the returned item(s) are received and pass inspection.
