Disappointing overall experience

Follow up to my previous review from six days ago. I love to support Canadian shops but I am no longer a fan of this one. When the skirts arrived the child one was nice, similar quality to the baby dresses we have bought in the past. The quality of the adult one unfortunately looks like a cheap costume piece. They say it’s the type of tulle and that it needs to be properly steamed but no amount of professional pressing would improve the quality of this piece. The colours are also not as close as they claim. So I wouldn’t recommend this for a photo shoot or real life in natural, bright or low light. The prices are very reasonable but this process has reminded me that you get what you pay for. Based on how this experience has gone so far I wouldn’t be surprised if they try to not honour their policy and provide me with a store credit.
