Shipping
Orders are generally mailed within 3 business days. Certain items are made to order and may take more than 3 business days to prepare. If a purchased item is backordered or we believe it will not reach you within the delivery standard you selected, we will notify you over e-mail as soon as possible and provide you with an estimated delivery or alternative options.
‘Free shipping’ is available for orders that meet the required minimum after discounts or credits and before taxes. Whether an order meets the required minimum is automatically determined during checkout.
Returns
If you are not pleased with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a store credit on unworn merchandise. We do not accept returns on custom orders, altered items, or Final Sale items. We do not offer refunds on any order.
To start the return process, please e-mail hello@bluish.ca with 1) your order number, and 2) your reason for return. And then we will respond with return instructions. You will be responsible for return shipping. After the items have been received, we will take a look to confirm that the items are correct and unworn, and then proceed with issuing the credit. The credit will have no expiry.
Late or lost items
If your order was delivered late or not delivered at all, please contact us as soon as possible. We will help track the item and contact the courier to investigate the late or lost package. Kindly understand that deliveries are out of our control. We take every step to ensure timely deliveries, but unforeseen delays caused by the courier may occur. Your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated.
Promos and rewards
Exclusive offers and discounts cannot be combined. Our legacy rewards program was discontinued as of December 31, 2021, discounts from the program are not applicable to any order placed at this time.
