Our story started with motherhood, when the baby blues took a new mother to a dark place.
Your heart knows some things your mind doesn’t.
At some point, I realized I wasn’t living well. And it had nothing to do with the lack of achievements and things. With an opening like that, it sounds like I have answers to share. But it’s not like that.
I’ve been curating reflections, gathering stories from sobering moments and people much wiser. And I share them with you here. I hope they help you take a pause and reflect, too. Because your heart knows some things your mind doesn’t — but are you paying attention?
