  • Two sizes. Up to 12 elastic waist stretches approximately from 26 inches to 42 inches. Up to 20 elastic waist stretches approximately from 30 inches to 50 inches. Length is approximately 42 inches.

    A bit about Amanda & her team: Amanda runs a family owned business in a simple 3 storey building in Dongguan, Guangzhou. The bottom floor is for fabric cutting, the middle floor is for sewing, and the top floor is for resting. All of the cutting, sewing, and packaging is done by a small group of family members and local hires.

  • Bluish started with 3 styles: Baby Celine, Signature Celine, and the Grand Celine. This style has been foundational in our commitment to provide well made, bridal quality tulle skirts that are easy to wear and affordable.
