Baby Selby - Teddy Cream

Baby Selby is inspired by the lavish details of a vintage celebration. Our teddy tulle marked by polka dot clusters combined with delicate black bows are inspired by the classic vintage cake, its fancy cream piping and satin bows. This tutu is an heirloom keepsake.

  • 1-3T measures approximately 18.5 inches long (including the straps), 10.5 inches long (skirt only, without the straps) and the waist stretches from about 15 inches to 24 inches.

    3-5T measures approximately 20.5 inches long (including the straps), 12.5 inches long (skirt only, without the straps) and the waist stretches from about 16 inches to 26 inches.

    5-7Y measures approximately 22.5 inches long (including the straps), 14.5 inches long (skirt only, without the straps) and the waist stretches from about 17 inches to 28 inches.

  • Designed by Sarah in Canada, skirt made by Amanda & team in China, and straps are made by Monica in Canada.

    A bit about Amanda & her team: Amanda runs a family owned business in a simple 3 storey building in Dongguan, Guangzhou. The bottom floor is for fabric cutting, the middle floor is for sewing, and the top floor is for resting. All of the cutting, sewing, and packaging is done by a small group of family members and local hires.

    Monica is our local seamstress located in Markham, Ontario. She does all of our needlework and finishes. Monica carefully cuts and prepares the wingback straps with cotton backing, shapes them for the right wing span, and then sews them on.

  • Inspired by Christmas and the nativity story, I wanted to create a style that reflects the mystery and miracle of Christmas. That was the original inspiration behind Baby Aurora. Later in Spring, I brought back the Baby Aurora in a playful lavender shade. Inspired by the beautiful glow of golden hour and blooming lavender.
